Our Team

West Coast Weightlifting is comprised of youth, junior, senior, and masters athletes of all skill levels from regional to international. We pride ourselves on being a tight, close-knit team with support both in and out of the gym.

We prioritize the four pillars of weightlifting: Effort, Patience, Intent, and Communication.

Team Training Hours

Monday/Wednesday/Friday

9:30 am - 11:30 am

3 pm - 7 pm

Tuesday

3 pm - 6:30 pm

​

Saturday

9:30 am - 11:30 am
