FAQ

Do I need to stop working with my current coach or gym?

Nope! This remote coaching is designed to complement your current programming. We provide technical guidance and movement analysis without interfering with your coach or gym routine.

What equipment or setup do I need for the remote session?

Just a smartphone or camera to record your lifts, a space to lift, and your usual barbell setup. We'll review your videos before the session and go over them together via Zoom or Google Meet.

What if I don’t have a full Olympic lifting setup?

No problem. We can tailor the technique and mobility work to your available equipment and lifting environment.

Is this for beginners or advanced lifters?

Both! Whether you're learning the Olympic lifts for the first time or preparing for national competition, our coaching is tailored to your experience level and goals.

Can I record the session?

Yes, and we encourage it. You’ll be able to review everything we cover at your own pace. We can also provide a screen recording with visual cues and breakdowns if requested.

What does the 12-week technique program include?

A custom program of drills, accessory work, and technical progressions based on your movement assessment and strength profile. It fits alongside your current training schedule.

What if I want more sessions later?

Follow-up sessions are available at a reduced rate. You can book as needed or set up recurring check-ins to keep progressing.

How do I send you my videos before the session?

Once you book, you’ll receive a link to upload your videos (snatch, clean, jerk, and/or strength lifts). We analyze them in advance so we can maximize our time together on the call
